our philosophy
process-oriented + feminist + mystical business guidance
befriending your shadow
A client who has been doing somatic work for years recently told me: « I never got to that place so fast and so powerfully. »
That’s because I don’t fuck around with surface-level business coaching.
I bring people to the edge of their consciousness about their business, then help them explore where the uncomfortable truth lives. From this place, they can allow the transformation.
We talk about marketing, offers, and strategy – but what we’re really diving into is why you’re not serving the clients you actually want, and why you’re resisting the work you say you’re meant to do.
Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can’t see from the center. –Kurt Vonnegut
What I Really Do
I walk between worlds – the strategic and the sacred, the profitable and the profound.
For over 20 years, I’ve been obsessed with depth psychology, identity shaping, power dynamics, and the personal ad collective mythologies about success.
Like many women, I was the perfect « good girl » – straight A’s, always proving my worth through achievement. Exhausting myself trying to be enough in a system designed for my burnout. Sound familiar?
When workplace harassment lit my sacred rage on fire, it cracked open something deeper: all the ways I’d learned to doubt my power, to make myself small, to seek external validation. But that crack became a portal.
Through the years, I as I followed the path of my ambition and my healing, I discovered how deeply we carry oppressive systems and trauma in our bodies and businesses.
How our « professional » masks often hide our most potent gifts.
How our resistance – and desire! – to being seen actually holds our deepest wisdom.
This is where business meets power play – not the sanitized « mindset work » kind, but the edgy uncomfortable mess where transformation becomes inevitable.
As your guide, I create the container where you can explore your relationship with power, surrender to your uncomfortable truths, and emerge into your full sovereignty.
This work requires trust, boundaries, and a brave willingness to explore.
It’s not about forcing breakthrough or pushing past resistance – it’s about understanding the wisdom you already hold and letting it guide you to your next evolution.
My Medicine
✷ Process-oriented psychology (the deep stuff)
✷ Feminist business strategy (the real stuff)
✷ Unshaming facilitation (the transformative stuff)
✷ Somatic experiencing (the embodied stuff)
✷ Strategic consulting (because yeah, we still want to make lots of money)
Why It Matters
Let’s be honest: most business coaching perpetuates the same oppressive systems you’re trying to break free from.
I’m here to help you build something different – something that honors both your ambition and your truth.
Fair warning: this work isn’t for everyone. But if you’re still reading, you’re probably in the right place.

Clients’ stories
Dita is like a catalyst for growth—not just for plants, but for people and businesses too. Her profound insights and philosophy reach deep into the roots of what we do (our foundations), nurturing and accelerating the transformations that are already within us.
In 2022-2023, I began a significant pivot in my business. By the start of the year, I was losing confidence in myself and my work. I felt exhausted and found myself reluctantly scrolling through job postings, my heart heavy with doubt. Ironically, I was reading a job listing when I received a notification—an invitation to explore something new. It felt like a meaningful synchronicity, the kind I love. I took the leap, and wow… what a gift!
Over the past few months, the coaching sessions and reflective work have led to several breakthroughs for me. Moments of clarity have allowed me to create tools that support me and reignite the joy in my business. There’s something deeply empowering about finding the answers within yourself. Every achievement, every step forward, has restored my confidence. I’m learning to enjoy the process, to respect myself along the way, and to truly love what I’m building.
What Dita offers is unlike anything I’ve experienced—a place to grow, experiment, explore, and even make mistakes without judgment. Little by little, I feel the pressure on my shoulders easing, replaced by a sense of freedom and renewed pleasure in what I do. Thank you, Dita, for creating this space.
