While successful on paper, beneath the surface I was burning out.
After a 40k investment mistake and family crisis, I faced the truth: I was hiding my true calling behind ‘marketing’. And it was time I put my big girl pants on.
Now I guide entrepreneurs away from hustle culture, self-exploitation, shame and disconnection and into radical congruence.

Over the years, I’ve watched brilliant, motivated and talented entrepreneurs hit invisible ceilings.
They’ve done everything « right » – the strategic planning, mindset work, expensive courses, and endless journaling. Yet something essential remains just out of reach.
I know, because I was one of them.
Here’s what I’ve discovered: the body holds wisdom the mind can’t access. The disconnection is what creates confusion, repetition… and suffering.
Purely cognitive approaches bring surface-level success but often leave you:
